Professional Player Criteria - Further clarification

Please note there has been a further clarification on the Professional Player Criteria. The below has been updated into the rules;

3.1 Professional Player/s are defined as any player/s who has played International / First Class / List A / Domestic and/or Franchised T-20 cricket recognised by the ICC at any Point in their career.
3.2 A professional player with no more than 3 cricket games that fall within the categories mentioned in point 3.1 and not having played cricket that fall within the categories mentioned in point 3.1 within the last 10 years will be classified as a local player.
