Local Leagues Cricket (BHAM) Ltd (LLC) is committed to providing safe, high-quality cricket opportunities. LLC will use the information supplied in this form to assess and administer the application, communicate with team representatives, manage fixtures and related safety requirements, and respond in an emergency.

Application Requirements
  • Complete every applicable part of this form.
  • Pay the £600 entry fee when submitting the application. The fee includes the cost of 13 coloured kits for all divisions and ball costs.
  • Applications close on Sunday, 23 August 2026.
  • LLC intends to notify teams of its decision by 13th September 2026, following completion of the T20 Cup and Shield rounds.
  • If LLC rejects the application, LLC will refund the £600 entry fee in full. If the applicant withdraws the application after submission, or withdraws after acceptance, the fee will not be refunded unless LLC confirms otherwise in writing.
  • An application is not complete until LLC has received both the completed form and cleared payment.

Terms and Conditions

In these terms, “applicant” means the team applying for entry, acting through the authorised team representative named in this form. By signing and submitting this application, the authorised team representative confirms that they have authority to make the application for the team and agrees to the following:

1. Entry fee and refunds. The applicant must pay £600 with the application. LLC will refund the fee if LLC rejects the application. Otherwise, the fee is non-refundable after submission unless LLC confirms an exception in writing.
2. Accuracy and authority. The information in this form must be complete and accurate. The authorised team representative must promptly tell LLC about any material change.
3. Insurance and risk. The applicant is responsible and must arrange insurance appropriate to its activities, participants and liabilities. Nothing in this form excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. LLC is not liable for any injuries or damages.
4. League rules. The applicant, its players, officials and supporters must comply with LLC’s published rules, codes and disciplinary procedures in force for the 2027 season.
5. Umpires. Umpire appointments are not guaranteed for every match.
6. Fixture fulfilment. If the applicant does not fulfil a fixture, it must pay the reasonable ground, umpire and other direct charges arising from the non-fulfilled fixture.
7. Non-compliance. Breach of the applicable rules may result in a warning, charge, fine, points sanction, suspension or disqualification from the league.
8. Early withdrawal. If the applicant/team withdraws from the league after the season has begun or does not complete the season, a £300 fine will be applicable. The fine is payable within seven days of notifying the league.
9. Grounds. The applicant is responsible for securing a suitable home ground. LLC may provide reasonable assistance in identifying possible grounds but does not guarantee availability or suitability. LLC is not responsible for providing grounds.
10. Application decisions. LLC reserves the right to refuse entry to any player or team.


Team Media and Contact Consent


Authorised representative’s confirmation. By signing this form, I confirm that, before supplying any player’s photograph, video or contact details to LLC, or permitting that player to take part in an approved photographic or video session, I will give the player clear information about the proposed uses and obtain and record that player’s valid permission. Where a player cannot lawfully give permission personally, including where required for a child, I will obtain and record permission from the person legally authorised to give it. I will retain evidence of each permission and provide it promptly to LLC on request. I will not submit or approve the use of material relating to anyone for whom the required permission has not been obtained.

Licence to use approved photographs and videos. Acting for the applicant team and only to the extent covered by the permissions confirmed above, I authorise Local Leagues Cricket (BHAM) Ltd (LLC), and the photographers, videographers, designers, printers, website hosts, social-media platform providers and other service providers acting on LLC’s instructions, to capture, store, reproduce, edit, crop, adapt, publish, display and distribute approved photographs and videos of team players for LLC’s league promotion, training and educational materials, match and event coverage, publicity, historical records and media communications, including on LLC’s website, socialmedia channels and printed materials. LLC may combine the material with names, team names, captions, graphics, commentary or other content.

Contact details and continuing responsibilities. Player contact details may be supplied to and used by LLC only where necessary for league administration, safeguarding, emergency, training or other purposes. Authorised Team representatives contact details will appear on LLC’s website.
